2.5 Upgrade the Firmware and Reboot the Intercom

2.5.1 Uploading the Firmware

To upload the firmware from your computer:

1. Retrieve the latest Intercom firmware file from the VoIP Outdoor Intercom Downloads page at:

http://www.cyberdata.net/products/voip/digitalanalog/intercomv3/downloads.html

2. Unzip the firmware version file. This file may contain the following:

• Firmware file

• Release notes

3. Log in to the Intercom home page as instructed in Section 2.4.4, "Log in to the Configuration

Home Page".

Caution

Equipment Hazard: Devices with a serial number that begins with 1861xxxxx can

only run firmware versions 10.0.0 or later.
